Disclosure shown on the form

Basin will share your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and project details with up to three matched remodeling contractors. Those contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email about your bathroom remodel request. Basin collects this information only to make the introduction and to keep a record of your consent.

If the box is not checked

Your consent is not required to browse Basin. If you do not check this box, Basin will not share your request with contractors. A request without recorded consent is never sold. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service from Basin.

What Basin records for each lead

For each submitted request, Basin records the timestamp of consent, the consent text version (version 3), the source of the submission, and the disclosure shown. A lead is treated as consented only when all of these records are present.

Withdrawing consent

A homeowner may withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@basin-advisors.com with the phone number or email address used on the request. Basin will confirm the withdrawal and stop sharing that request further within 2 business days, and will tell the matched contractors to stop contacting the homeowner about that request. Withdrawal does not undo a lead already delivered before the withdrawal was processed.

What contractors may and may not do

Matched contractors may call or text you at the number you provided, about your bathroom remodel request only, including using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice to arrange the quote. Contractors may not call or text you for unrelated marketing, may not sell or share your number with anyone else, may not contact you outside 8 AM to 8 PM your local time, and must stop contacting you about the request once you withdraw consent. Basin limits each contractor to 3 contact attempts per person per 24 hours.
