Basin - Purchase Terms v5

Purchase terms for lead credits, version 5

Effective date: October 29, 2026

What Basin sells

Basin introduces homeowners who request bathroom remodel quotes to participating contractors. Basin is not the remodeling contractor. A lead is a homeowner request for quotes. It is not a booked job, an appointment, or a guarantee of work or revenue.

Products and prices

Lead credits are sold as one-time prepaid packs. There are no ongoing contracts. There are no subscriptions. There is no auto-renewal.

Per-credit prices are $120 for the 5 credit pack, $110 for the 10 credit pack, and $100 for the 25 credit pack.

How credits redeem

One credit redeems for one exclusive lead or two shared leads.

Credits are non-transferable. Credits are issued on payment confirmation, normally within minutes.

An exclusive lead means Basin sells the lead to one contractor and never resells it. It does not mean the homeowner speaks to no one else. A shared lead means the lead is shared with up to three contractors.

First lead promotion

Promo code FIRSTLEAD gives 100 percent off the $125 single exclusive lead plan. Stock is 25. The offer is one per customer, for new users only, and expires December 26, 2026. The offer is shown only while the code has stock, as read from Whop.

Expiry

Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Refunds

Unused credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no lead has been delivered. After 14 days, credits are non-refundable.

No partial refund applies once any lead has been delivered.

How leads are delivered

A qualified lead is delivered by email within 5 minutes of qualification, plus a row in the contractor's lead sheet. SMS delivery is not promised.

A qualified lead means the homeowner, a budget of at least $8,000, a timeline within 3 months, a valid mobile number, and consent recorded. Anything else is nurture and is never sold.

Contractor contact limits

A contractor who receives a lead may contact the homeowner about that bathroom remodel request only, by phone, text, or email, including using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice to arrange the quote. A contractor may not contact the homeowner for unrelated marketing, may not sell or share the homeowner's number with anyone else, may not contact the homeowner outside 8 AM to 8 PM the homeowner's local time, and must stop contacting the homeowner about the request once consent is withdrawn. Basin limits each contractor to 3 contact attempts per person per 24 hours. When a homeowner withdraws consent, Basin tells the matched contractors to stop, and the contractor must stop contacting the homeowner about that request.

Replacement

Bad leads are handled under the replacement policy, not as cash refunds under these terms.

Service areas

Launch service areas are Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Tampa. Service areas cover 122 ZIP codes in Phoenix, 174 in Dallas-Fort Worth, and 108 in Tampa.

Contractor eligibility

Contractor eligibility is state license status checked against the state lookup at signup and recorded. Basin performs no other checks.

Taxes and total

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and the total due are shown at checkout before payment. Checkout is processed by Whop under Whop's terms.
